Instrument terminology

Sapphire FUE: the instrument is only one part of the plan.

Sapphire describes a blade material sometimes used during recipient-site creation; it does not by itself define donor harvesting, planning quality, team roles, healing, or outcome.

Important context

Pre-production patient-information draft. Current AEK service availability and all comparative medical claims require clinical approval before indexing.

Avoid choosing by material alone

Instrument material is one technical detail within a larger process. Candidate selection, design, donor management, incision planning, graft handling, team responsibilities, and follow-up remain separate considerations.

No blade material can guarantee density, healing, growth, or a particular appearance.

What to ask instead

Ask why a specific instrument and technique combination is proposed for the individual case, who is responsible for each stage, and what limitations or alternatives were considered.
